TERMS and CONDITIONS
Shipping times and email:
We will send you at least 2 email's. The first will arrive within 3 days of your order. We will try to be quicker
but sometimes we get busy and it takes a bit longer. This email is an acknowledgement of your purchase
and will be followed by an email after your item has been shipped. We will ship your order within 2 to 4
weeks after your order. We will try our best to ship much sooner but we can only do what we have time for.
If we foresee that an item will take longer than 4 weeks we will contact you to see if you are willing to wait
that long. If you need delivery sooner please let us know so we can try to accommodate your
requirements.
Good Gardener, LLC will direct and oversee www.good-gardener.com to obtain and ship the item you
have purchased within the requirements of this policy. Our involvement ends when you receive your item.
Good Gardener, LLC gooddealstreet.com provide access to products and services which we will call
"items". We obtain new items, display information about items and accept money payment to ship the
item to the address you specify.
Receiving your item.
It is the buyers responsibility to be available at the time and place when the item arrives at the location
specified in our purchase agreement. Should you not be able to be available most carriers offer an
opportunity for the buyer to receive the item at a central location. It is then the buyers responsibility to
pickup the item at the place and time designated by the shipping company. Failure to pickup the item
within the conditions specified by the carrier will cause the item to be returned to the sender and when the
item is recieved/returned a refund minus all shipping charges and 15% restocking fee will be initiated
Refund/Exchange Policy
All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. We offer No Warranty, No Exchange on every item we offer. For items
that offer manufacturer warranty, please email customer service at service@good-gardener.com in
advance to obtain contact information for REPAIR information within 30 days of purchase date. All
manufacturer warranty is the responsibility of the customer and contact between customer and the
manufacturers repair center.
Order Cancellation Policy
Please submit any cancellation via email to CancelOrder@good-gardener.com BEFORE item is shipped.
All cancellation will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee. Every effort will be made to accommodate
the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event
that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped, we will gladly refund
the amount charged minus S&H and 15% restocking fee is applied after the item is returned and found to
be in unopened condition.
Warranty Policy (Never opened box - No Box Damage)
Never opened box returns: Customer assumes all return costs in shipping to us. All
replacement/repaired products are shipped UPS Ground unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a
shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment. It is better to contact the manufacturer
through the telephone number or through the email address we provide. You must ship returns to the
address specified by the manufacturer or the repair center. There are only few reasons to return the item
back to Good Deal Street, LLC. (www.good-gardener.com) one is the return of unopened box for refund
minus S&H and a 15% restocking fee. All returns unopened must be completed within 30 days of
purchase.
Warranty Policy (open box)
Open box returns: We suggest you contact the manufacturers tech support team first by calling the
number we provide to determine whether the item is indeed defective before shipping. All repairs are
through the manufacturer. All warranties are through the manufacturer. Please contact
www.gooddealstreet.com for the telephone number for returns, warranty and repair contact information.
Good Deal Street, LLC (www.good-gardener.com) does not accept returns under the open box rule.
Availability Policy
The most important thing to keep in mind when ordering is that our stock balances fluctuate throughout
the day with sales demand and stock that we receive from the manufacturers. Items are constantly being
sold and our stock is constantly being replenished. If the item is identified as "Out of Stock", or "Historical
data only" we will not accept the order.
Functionality, Quality, performance and ability to operate policy
We make no claims that this item may be right for you. You may require special training and skills that we
do not and will not provide. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide any and all training required in the
use of these items. The items sold may not live up to your expectations and performance may not be as
you expect it should be. In these cases it is the responsibility of the buyer to make certain that they know
what they are purchasing and how to operate the items purchased. It is the responsibility of the buyer to
obtain any and all special training required to install, use and operate the item purchased. Good Deal
Street, LLC (www.gooddealstreet.com) will provide information on the WEB site that will help the
knowledgeable buyer to know and understand what they are buying and can recommend a good source
for additional information should they request it. Good gardener, LLC.(www.good-gardener.com) makes
no claim that the Buyer will understand the information provided. If the buyer is making this purchase for
someone else it is still the responsibility of the buyer to advise the user of these requirements.
Defects in Functionality, Quality, performance
It is the responsibility of the buyer to contact the manufacturer for any and all defects in Functionality,
Quality and performance. All defects are to be handled between the manufacturer and the buyer. Good
Gardener, LLC www.good-gardenert.com has no control or involvement in these areas.
Shipping Damage:
If you receive and accept a damaged item you must report your findings with the shipper ASAP. The
shipper will provide you with a case number and advise you to contact us. You must contact us within 5
business days and provide us with that case number, so we can obtain any refunds due to you. You will
be reimbursed the amount of insurance you are covered for up to the amount of the sales price of the
item. If there is a claim that refunds money to us the full amount up to the claim paid will forward to you up
to the dollar value paid for the item, however, if you have underinsured your item we will only reimburse
the amount received without restocking fees of any kind. If you did not request any insurance you will not
get any refund.
